What makes this different from traditional meditation?
Active Conscious Meditation is done in a group, holding hands and engaging in intense breathe work that pulls you out of thought and allows the breathe work and collective energy to remove blockages.
What happens during a session?
The first 20-25 minutes you will be guided on the mechanics of the meditation, go through what you may experience, and taught the locations, emotional blockages of each of the main 7 chakras. 35 mins of breathe work, and 15 mins of connection.
