What Is Different

Active Consciousness Meditation is not a quiet, passive meditation. It is a guided group experience held in sacred space and intention.

During the meditation, participants hold hands while breathing together. This shared group energy creates unseen support, helping you move through blockages in a way you may have never allowed yourself to experience before.

Active Conscious Meditation is done in a group, holding hands and engaging in intense breathe work that pulls you out of thought and allows the breathe work and collective energy to remove blockages.

The first 20-25 minutes you will be guided on the mechanics of the meditation, go through what you may experience, and taught the locations, emotional blockages of each of the main 7 chakras. 35 mins of breathe work, and 15 mins of connection.

Meditation is the practice of being present, not the practice of stopping thinking. The design of Active Conscious Mediation assist you connecting with breath and your body. You can not get this meditation or any meditation wrong or mess up.
